So its known as Spine...did I mention it wrongly.....no....indeed it is Spine..!!
At work,on Day 1,when I was told that we use Spine...was confused for a while and took some time to understand that Spine is actually a software that they use for employee database management and capturing the attendance.

After going through the portal, I came to know that Spine HR stores complete records of the employees,fulfill most of
Compliance, that takes care of all our requirements relating to management ,
workflow and accounting employees. Over the past decade SPINE has gained vast

Confirmation Process

initiated to Employee / HOD & HR to review Probationary / Temporary

- Confirmation Request can be initiated by Employee or HOD & request will flow as per work flow defined for approval.
Employee Exit Request & Clearance Module :
- Employee can place the request of resignation online.
- Comprehensive Exit Interview form to be submitted by employee.
- The request will be immediately escalated to HOD & HR Head through the email intimation for their further course of action.
- Exit Request Approval / sign-off by various departments along with final sign-off by HR with detailed input of Exit interviews.
- Approved resigned request will be automatically update to SPINE EIS / PAYROLL – FNF Module to complete the process & relieve the employee.

level rules can be set for late mark and Ot calculation.Employee can do online
leave application which can rout as workflow defined and can be approved or
reject by HODs events tracked by SMS and email alerts.Very comprehensive Leave Rules can be built in, Maximum days for each type.Facility to capture attendance
related data from multiple source e.g. Bio-Metric Machines, Swipe Card
Interface, Face Recognition Device, Online Login – Logout & Daily or
Monthly Muster Based Data capturing by HODs.
